Stephanie joined the team as Operations and Marketing Assistant in April 2024 and works closely with our Head of Operations and Marketing Manager. She supports the operational running of the business, as well as the marketing team with the marketing of Parliament Hill.

Stephanie loves to occasionally read and draw, spend time with friends and family, go to the gym and travel.

She works to keep things running smoothly in the department.

She is responsible for all admin/ops functions within the business and considers a fundamental element of her role to be a support for all team members. Carol has over 25 years administrative experience across a wide range of industries as diverse as airport management to sports marketing, bringing a capability to address both immediate and long term strategic requirements necessary for the smooth running of the company.

Carol has a passion for health and fitness and is often found lifting weights in the gym. She also has a qualification in Nutrition, Health and Weight Management.

Heading up the Marketing and Partnerships department for Parliament Hill, Kyra is responsible for the strategic direction of the brand and overseeing operational campaigns. She manages all of our brand partner relationships, as well as the acquisition of new partnerships.

With a long background in marketing and communications, she has developed and delivered impactful marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C products and services across multiple sectors. Kyra is passionate about supporting our clients and their members in their everyday lives, providing them with real value as well as support and advice.

Kyra regularly practices Yoga and Pilates, and enjoys taking her dog Russell for long walks.

Rita directly liaises with the Client Services team, to help match marketing for the right offers to the right clients at the right times. She provides her expertise on advising new clients on how to maximise their member benefits scheme through their marketing channels. Rita ensures that brand partners are strategically scheduled into client campaigns across the year to help them highlight their offers to members. Finally, she manages the process of compliance to ensure that marketing and communications are being delivered in accordance with the rules set out by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Advertising Standards Authority.

Rita has over 11 years of Marketing and Communication experience, including over 7 years working within the Membership sector. Rita is passionate about making our clients and their members feel special. She loves the work she does at Parliament Hill and looks forward to creating new marketing tools to help our clients provide that additional support to their members.

Rita loves painting, writing haikus, yoga, and weightlifting.

Tom joined Parliament Hill in 2012 and has overseen the doubling of both client and membership numbers, whilst also leading the dynamic development of client scheme websites. He is the project lead for the successful set-up, development and delivery of new clients, ensuring that they offer a tailored approach for their members.

Tom has almost 15 years’ experience working in client development across all organisational types, from large trade unions, small niche societies to multinational professional chartered institutions. Excellent customer service is at the heart of all that he does, which can be seen in the successful development of Parliament Hill’s extensive client portfolio.
